On April 16 2024, we held the Best Countries 2024 Parliamentary Reception. Hosted by Sir Geoffrey Clifton-Brown, Member of Parliament for the Cotswolds at the Houses of Parliament, London.
The Best Countries 2024 Reception was a unique opportunity to engage with Parliamentarians, business leaders and colleagues for an informative, memorable and entertaining occasion.
Ms Chantal Moser, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Switzerland to the UK was in attendance to receive the award for Switzerland’s top spot in this year’s ranking.
Other speakers included Sir Geoffrey Clifton-Brown, Member of Parliament for the Cotswolds and Treasurer of the 1922 Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee; Minister of State Kevin Hollinrake, Department of Business and Trade; John Keaveney, Global Head of Innovation, BAV; Elspeth Cheung, Director of Brand Commercialisation, Brand Performance, Landor.
As well as enjoying the exchange of ideas, attendees had the chance to view our innovative art Installation featuring striking exhibits, both physical and interactive, combining Best Countries data with inventive and original visualisations and sonic data experiences, presented in association with Flourish x Canva.
